Spirit Sage
Embodiment

Presence. Wisdom. Transformation

Meet Lisa

Lisa is an Nlaka’pamux and Secwépemc woman from the Lower Nicola Indian Band, guided by lived experience, cultural integrity, and a deep belief in the healing wisdom held within our bodies. Her work centers the need for gentle, culturally aligned, trauma‑informed spaces where Indigenous peoples, organizations, and broader communities can reconnect, release what is carried across generations, and move toward collective well‑being.

Lisa is trained in the Freedom Method™, including NLP, EFT, Hypnosis, Quantum Identity, Success Coaching, and Somatic Practitioner methodologies. With additional certifications in Breathwork and Intuitive Sound Baths, she supports nervous system regulation through workshops shaped with somatic practices, breath, movement, and calming sound.

She facilitates in both soft and professional environments, offering tools that nurture regulation, relational care, and a grounded path forward.

Customized Intuitive Wellness Series

Every organization and community carries its own rhythm, pace, and lived experiences  all of which shape how the collective nervous system responds and what it may benefit from. Because each group arrives with different needs, Lisa offers a customized nervous system series that adapts to what is truly present. Whether your team is seeking deeper connection, steadiness, rest, or grounding, each session is crafted with care to meet your group where they are and support a gentle return to regulation.
